The staff was nice and even though they were busy they got my food to me quickly. I went inside the restaurant and ordered a lot of breakfast tacos for my team at work. I was waiting in my car for them to be ready and one of the ladies working there actually brought them out to me instead of me having to come back inside. On top of them being quicker than expected, it was thoughtful for her to bring them out to me.

My main item is the "Barbacoa" Tacos.
But their Fajita Tacos 🌮 are great, too.
This is about one of the best so-called fast food establishments for Fajita, unless one wants to go to a regular restaurant. 😀

The grande kickin' nachos had a good presentation in a big pizza box type of box. The chips were not stale or mushy and there was plenty of fajita meat with a good flavor and cheese. One thing that's true across the board at all locations is that they manhandle the food and slop it together as crazily as they can. It's always spilling out and lopsided and upside down, etc. The quality and taste of the crispy tacos have gone downhill over the years at every location which was the only thing really keeping me going.

The restaurant itself made be a chore to get into the parking lot. But the food was worth the traffic and the congestion of its location. Friendly staff knowledgeable great tasting food. The chicken quesadilla to my surprise was the size of a pizza.

Each time I visit Taco Cabana as been vary tranquil. I enjoy having uninterrupted conversations with who I eat and share moments in time with. To me this is the place. Hope you find the place as enjoyable as I do.

Well, two days of breakfast tacos (bean/cheese & egg/potato: first day flour tortillas, second day corn). Salsa bar closed, but I did ask & received a plentiful amount of pico de gallo, red sauce, & onion/cilantro. Yummy breakfasts!
