We Are Extremely Disappointed With KFC 😪. They Do NOT Honor Coupons. We Did NOT Get What We Paid For! We Ordered The New $20 Fill-Up. They Did Not inform us that there were NO Mashed Potatoes and Just gave us what they wanted us to have, unfortunately, we don't eat Mac n cheese! There were NO biscuits! We received NO sauces for the nuggets and We received only 2 drumsticks and 2 wings, Not to mention, it wasn't in a Box and we had to pull out of the line and wait an adtnl 15 mins. After waiting 10 minutes to order!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible! And the only apology we received was that they were the Only 2 working!!!! 😡😪

Eating area sticky tables and chairs, good thing I bring my own wipes when I eat out because the chair I sat in was nasty after I wiped it down. Drive thru service sucks always, they always mess up my order. If you are reading this review PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING THE COUNTER AND DRIVE THRU WINDOW, ONLY TAKES LESS THAN 15 SEC. TO BE SURE. How can you mess up an order when it's only 4 ppl working the kitchen area🤦🏽‍♀️, come on now... this place is getting worse like McDonald's on E. Illinois🤦🏽‍♀️

I just left the location roughly around 3:45pm. I'm home and realized I forgot or was in too big of a rush to check my order and miss my chicken strips and second piece of pie that I thought I paid for. I called the line multiple times and no one answered. Maybe they're busy. Understandable considering when I was there I was told to pull-up and that the young lady would open the door so I could quickly run in and out from the drive through. Can someone please call me back. I paid 22$ total and I just wanted to notate since I'm eating and all. Thank you so much for the quick service and no I wasn't given a receipt

This is the nastiest place I've ever been to its dirty countertops were sticky I could not sit on the chairs because the chairs were sticky. The staff does not smile, does not say thank you, are not polite. No work Ethic. When I get my food it was cold and tasted old. I do not recommend you going there when wasting your money throwing your money away.
