Jack In The Box

This is ridiculous. The service provided here and everywhere on our neighborhood is shameful. People have no pride in service or products anymore and the owners are horrible. The property remains unkept trash is always full. Loitering and employees not wearing hair nets or gloves. We need a czar dedicated to holding these franchisees accountable.

Went early in the morning on my way to work. I was the only person in line. Attendant was a bit snappy, but I remained humbled (she may have been having a bad morning 🤷🏾‍♀️). I paid for and received my meal. After preparing my coffee before leaving the parking lot, a grabbed my hashbrown patty... It was lukewarm. A bit bothered, I just figured they may have prepared some things early, and my hashbrown may have sat a little bit. Well, when I went to eat my breakfast sandwich shortly afterwards, it was barely warm as well! If I hadn't been on my way to work, and a ways down the road at that point, I would've turned around, took what was left back, got a refund and taken my service elsewhere. I know it was early, but come on... There was no reason AT ALL that my food should have been as cold as it was THAT early in the morning! It should've been piping hot, SMH. Waste of my time and money. I won't be going back for ANY of that bad service. No thank you...

I always go there for a quick breakfast when I don't have time to fix it at hm. I love the croissant w/sausage. Other than Mickey D's, I won't eat any other fast food bkft. IMO, Jack's has the best Iced coffee's (latte) arnd in fast food. If you wanna spend all that money at Starbucks then go ahead, I love Jack's! The only drawback is the long line for the drive thru. It's always long & the service is slow (WHY I gave it a 3 rating). The last time that I tried to use the frnt door they still had it locked.🔒 I don't believe that they have any intention to go bk to allow the customers bk inside the restaurant. Ok, fine. I'll cont to use the drive thru. I do love your bkft croissant's & the Mocha coffee. I also love those greasy Taco's, lol. I don't know what Jack puts in them, but I'm addicted. 🤪

They sold me 2 if the #26 which is the sourdough breakfast sandwich meal and when i got home, my daughter checked and saw the egg on both sandwiches had mold on it. So I took them back for to the door and the doors to the lobby was locked. Do i had to go through drive-thru to let them know that the sandwiches had mold. So when i got to the window, i gave the girl at the window my bag and she gave me another two sandwiched and I made sure they were good and I told her, "There should have been no way that food should have went out the window to me". That's just nasty
