This experience here in KFC was always great customer service. They actually do what a customer requests.
Comparing this place here on leadbetter to compare the place on Lillinois Ave., does not satisfy the customer. They're very rude and disrespectful. They young management is awful, Untrained and unprofessional in regards to satisfying a customer.
But again for Is Leadbetter avenue, Keep up the great work. You guys are awesome.

The cashier was very helpful and nice. The atmosphere was not on them. There was someone in the men's bathroom blowing it up so bad you could smell it in the dinning room.

Deer manager your staff was outstanding on a date and time with the mask on but I can tell they had a smile great attitude.
Got my order accurate and correct I am very appreciated over that staff.
I have to wait four to five minutes which was okay you provided me with a courtesy drink and I wonder if they got the manager permission but it's appreciate it cuz the sun was beating on my forehead.
Thank you East that better KFC for outstanding performance.
And I'm near KFC on Beckley and Illinois and as you can tell the drive to ledbetter was worth my drive.

Neighborhood is not that great, but we got some really good customer service tonight in the drive through. The young lady was very helpful and professional. What a breath of fresh air!

mobile ordering through grubhub would be better if both taco bell and kfc were available, since they do share that location. anyway, the staff are really courteous! the place is pretty clean considering high school kids come through and act a fool. overall, it's a good place to eat.

The Manager was working with the staff on Labor day. He took the order and fixed my food himself. The food was fixed correctly and it was good & hot. I was impressed by this since they didn't have a full staff and had been very busy. Keep up the good work.
