Mcdonald's

Cleanliness - 0 - smelled like poop… no idea how that happens, flies & gnats everywhere, lobby floor was greasy & slippery. Workers - 1 - seemed lazy. Huffed and puffed because someone came to the counter. No hustle. Dragging. Food - 2 - I asked them to add Mayo to my burger, they decided to dump the whole case on my bun. See photo. Fries were hot though. Terrible experience. Gross.

For a McDonalds, was clean and friendly. But after eating healthy for about 2 years now and going back for something to eat real quick. I just have to say. The prices are too high. And the food tastes like garbage. But that's McDonald's for you. I used to say, you pay for what you get. But dang, prices have gone up, and the quality has some how managed to go down lol. But again, for a McDonald's it's great.

One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Tried to get coke a cola from the fountain drink and it was out tried the sprite it was out and my son tried the orange Fanta it was also out. Told the manager he asked the guy at the drive thru window and he just shrug is shoulders and said I don’t know. Then our chicken sandwiches where so over cooked they where hard to chew. Now I see why this location was so empty I’ve never seen a McDonald’s so empty

When a McDonald’s employee asks for “cash only” transactions at 4 am, it means they are taking the cash, providing the food and keeping the cash for themselves. This is unethical. No receipt was provided because according to the associate “the transactions will be put into the system at a later time.”

This McDonalds is my GO 2! The new renovations are amazing really like what they did, it’s very modern! The food is severed hot and fresh the times I have been here. (Improvements) Someone should always be out attending to the guest inside the lobby. Cleaning tables, making sure the teas are always full, bathrooms are kept up and seeing if people need anything else. This McDonald’s doesn’t do this ever. I had to wait almost 10 mins just to get unsweetened tea because no one checked that the unsweetened tea was empty in the lobby everyone was focused at the drive thru or in the kitchen. They don’t have not one employee attending the front unless they see a long line forming. Service is slow if you order at the register I have seen. I do not order any longer since they have a machine you can just pick and order what you like. Also have someone cleaning the outside sweeping from time to time.

Sloooow the first time fast the second but food wasn't cooked. 1st visit. Not fast food. Took me 20 min to get a burger and a mcchicken in drive through. Not happy. 2and visit I went back cause it's close to my work and I got a quarter pounder. The service was very fast compared to the first time. Halfway through eating it I noticed that it was mostly raw. I really hope I dont get sick.
