Walked in to order and was told to order myself from a screen,man was standing behind a register doing nothing. Will not return to this taco bell. And if asked at any other taco bells to do my own order I will not go back to them. What's next I go back and make my own food

Why can you not update your operating hours. Sunday night @ 1:15 am. your website at this location clearly says 2 a.m. and the sticker on the window says 2 a.m. daily, however no one is answering the drive thru intercom with all these customers in drive thru???? It's lame that the managers cannot update this!

Your restaurant was CLOSED!! extremely disappointed. Deleted your app.i gave it a second chance but I was disappointed I wanted steak soft tacos the lady said we don't make them but we will if you pay an extra dollar ! Can you believe this. So I said no and won't be going to this location any more.

I was just there by drive thru. The lady who’s taking the orders was not welcoming at all! On the screen my total was $9.48 I pull up to the window and she tells me $12.72 I told her to repeat my order she rolled her eyes at me and repeated my order and still gave me my order wrong. I asked her if I could please get hot sauce not once but twice she gave me an attitude and told me there’s some inside the bag I told her OK thank you have a nice day I get home and there’s no hot sauce!

Hadn't ate from this place for awhile now I know why I stopped. Asked for 4 orders of the #6 special all beef came home to open all meals with chicken instead.

Asked for extra ice because she gave me the drinks literally with NO FREAKING ice, and it's 96° outside. Mountain dew and Baja blast was flat. And honestly that's why I come to taco bell is for the mountain dew!
