Domino's Pizza

The tracker is never right but the worst thing is that they don't advertise the National coupons. Every dominoes has a 7.99, large, 2-topping carryout special. But you won't find it in the app. And if you order over the phone, they won't tell you it's available unless you ask. Other restaurants/fast food places, if they have a special, automatically applies the coupon. It's not illegal but it's definitely dishonest.

If I could give negative stars I would have!Worst service I have ever had!! Food was mediocre. When I ordered my food, I told them not to knock when they delivered due to my dog barking loudly every time someone knocks on the door and yet the delivery guy knocked anyways. I ordered my pizza to be square cut and it wasn't. When I tried to call the store to talk to a manager, I was hung up on 6 times. I finally gave up on trying to call and decided to walk to the store(I don't have a car) to complain but I shouldn't have had to walk to the store to have this situation resolved!! Will NEVER order from here ever again!! I wouldn't even let my enemies order from here!!!!

On 5/27/22 9:10pm our guest ordered a large pizza and a coke and we never got our coke. I called twice that night and they were suppose to bring it back. They never did. So I called the next day and they said they would loose money to bring the coke back that I could pick it up. A lady named Tina said she asked the manager could they bring it today and was told for me to come pick it up. I will not do so because it wasn't our fault they didn't give it to the driver. This Dominos is the worst It is only about 2 miles away and they still refuse to bring our coke. This Dominos is slow getting your food you wait on the phone for almost 15mins or more just to order. The food was not fresh the meat was cooked to hard. Gross never again beware of This one on Mockingbird by Love Field Very rude n unprofessional!

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had!!!!! I placed an order for delivery at 11:09 AM I just spoke to them at 12:30 asking where the order was and they informed me that I was out of their delivery area. The really unfortunate part is that I ordered 12 pizzas for a crew that has been working outside. They informed me that I could come pick it up, unfortunately I am 70 miles away!!! I don’t understand why they couldn’t have told me I was out of their area when I place the order rather than me wait an hour and a half for nothing!!!! The saddest part of all is now the folks I was trying to feed, have to go without lunch!!! also, sidenote, I called them about four times in between just checking on the status and I kept getting the answer of it’s almost ready. Whoever the manager is at the store needs to get his stuff together!!!!!

Hands down the worst experience ever. Spent well over 15 minutes trying to explain my order to someone just to find out that they have a answering service outside of the store and then just be transferred to the manager “Tina” who couldn’t take my order either. Dominos has lost its reputation by who the hire. #TRASH

I ordered delivery tonight and I'm highly disappointed in the driver who served my sitter. I ordered a total of $30 and left only $20 Bills so when my sitter paid , the delivery driver said she had no change so pretty much was forced to Tip $10. Pretty ridiculous to me. There wasn't much cheese on the pizzas more sauce than anything. Not such a great experience with this place.

Ordered online for delivery. The tracker says my order has been delivered for 15 minutes but it's no where to be found. I've tried calling the store 5 times and the call drops after ringing several times. I tried calling corporate and their automated system says no one can take calls. I never got my food, and no one will answer the phone. I guess I'll have to walk into the store to get my money back. Ridiculous.
