Just came from here and the service is outstanding Jose and his manager (sorry I don’t know his name) was so very sweet and the food was fresh (as always) will definitely be back

it was the worst 3pc i ever got, the chicken box itself didn't have the Williams logo, the chicken didn't have any i mean any flavor, them wasn't even Williams fries smh, the grape soda was watery, but the roll was good

Was passing through and made it 20 mins before closing. Claimed to not have grease ready to fry fish. Told me they only have chicken.

Very disrespectful and unprofessional staff the management on duty needs to work on his management skills I asked for a manager the kids told me I need to come back tomorrow and talk to somebody I cannot talk to anybody Right now because there’s no management on duty but I think the management walked out from the back room and I asked to speak with him and he never came to see what I want it he never came to see what was going on he never solve the problem this needs to be handled

This Williams on Kiest has the best seasoned chicken. Their fish is one of my favorite. You get 2 full size catfish fillets with 2 sides for $10.99

Everytime I come to this location I can count on fresh fried chicken. Only complaint is the packaging off the food. Sloppy, take your time when boxing cause food do fall out the boxes Everytime💖
