Subway

Staff is rude, slow and not properly trained. Doesn’t matter how good of an attitude and smiles you give them they toss your food around and roll their eyes at every request you have. They burn your sandwich or add too much dressing lol whichever you like better :) From a previous Irving subway employee this place is horrible.

I gave this a one star, but wish I could give it zero. Very stingy with their portions and rations when I know they have plenty. They charge for napkins and forks what is that? My friend asked me to get her a cup for water and the cashier was mad shady. It’s obvious why their employees get swapped out every 2 secs. Their customer service isn’t the greatest period; and the wait is insane as well. Don’t even get me started on the combined Italian joint next to it that doesn’t even properly cook their overly saucy, stale crust, cold despicable pizza.

Most the staff is weird and not very friendly. A lot of them seem very unsanitary behind the counter. The staff can be very rude and stingy with their servings. One of my co-workers, who used to eat there frequently, got food poisoning from their food. I will eat there if I am absolutely starving, but otherwise I try to avoid it. I wish there was a different choice for food at Mountain View College.

Everything was good before with the Old staffs. But there are couple of new guys working there. They don't know what they are doing, and how to behave with customers. One day a new guys who wears sunglasses (*CJ or TJ I don't know his name) was taking my order and the tray for the lettuce was empty. I asked him if he had some more lettuce back in the storage room. He was like no we are completely out of it. And I was fine with that, he made my order ready and all of sudden somebody brought a tray full of lettuce.I was like what the hell lazy ass guy. I didn't react to him. Everything else is fine except that guy.
