Taco Bell

This store must have hired a new manager. I was so happy to finally be able to order a sausage burrito at Taco Bell. I stopped going to Taco Bell several months ago after not being able to order breakfast with the app. None of the stores in DFW were open when I arrived although it was posted they were open and the app accepted the order. After several bad experiences with rude employees in addition to this, I closed my app. This manager was polite and even offered to bring my burrito out to a mobile order parking space so I didn't waste gas. It was toasted perfectly. Not one rude comment either. Thank you.

This establishment is so hood and unprofessional. The lady who was working the cash register was extremely rude to my mom and I. She literally asked us to order on the kiosk thing when we told her that we didn’t bring our card to order. We only had cash today. She gave us the nastiest attitude. I told my mom to grab her things and to go to another place that isn’t as filthy, trashy and unprofessional as this place. There was also a lot of bugs flying inside this Taco Bel. The people working here need to get FIRED ASAP!!!!! I will reach out to Headquarters!!!!!!

Totally UNBELIEVABLE how slow and inefficient this store is. They keep taking drive thru orders while they are severely backed up. No coordination whatsoever. 4 dashers had to wait a long time for their food to be ready when the orders are placed before they get here. No cashier either. Do not come here on Mondays during the evening shift.

Absolutely butchered my order. Added sour cream to my order to both my burrito and Gordita (I'm lactose intolerant ordered deliberately without cream). Forgot bean burrito. Crunch wrap had half the meat missing in it with a fine paste of meat only on one side. I can only think I somehow got someone else order.
