Mcdonald's

Drove in at 12:36. There was a car in the drive thru. Website and google maps both said open 24 hours. The sticker on the drive through window said open until 2 am. Person at the window said they were closed. After serving whoever was in the drive thru when we pulled in. I get it. Things are tough. But please, if website and google maps can’t be updated, update the signage. Super disappointed.

Took a good long while to get just a burger and kids meal. When we pulled up to the window and recieved the food we just asked why it took so long and got the window closed in our faces then she turned back around and opened it to cuss at us and call us names.... I don't know what's going on with this place but to be treated like that was not acceptable in my opinion. Incredibly rude

This is the worst McDonald's ever! I only ordered 2 McChickens and it took 15-20 minutes to get them. The food was cold. The drive thru girl was so polite and kept apologizing for the wait. She said she was waiting on the cook to make it. I told the girl can you tell the cook to please Hurry. The girl said "she won't understand me cause she only speaks and understands Spanish." I think I need to start going to other restaurants other than McDonald's. There was a long line behind me. The customer service was great but the quality of food was extremely horrible. 🤮🤮🤮🤮 What a waste!

I ordered from the ap, this was my 2nd attempt. Ordered, now ready to pick up. Drive in line too long and slow so I parked and decided to pick up from inside. All the doors were locked. Apparently there wasn't enough staff to run the interior dining room. So I had to get back in line in the drive through and wait! What's the sense of ordering ahead if you can't pick up your order ahead of others that didn't use the app. This to me makes no sense. I don't think I'll be using McDonald's grandiose mobile app anymore

Never ready at 4:30am even that it said is 24/7. I work at 5am and try the drive trhu for an oatmeal and coffe and always something different. Only cash, not ready, dont have the product or just nobody talk to you. So thats why people rather stop in Whata Burger cause they are alwaus ready for action even that they dont have oatmeal on their menu.
