Sonic Drive-in

I wanted to try the new “Dill” burger and it was by far the WORST burger I’ve ever tasted. Being a huge fan of pickles, I couldn’t wait to taste. But, once I did, I was severely disappointed. The burger tasted like sand and was bland even with all the extra pickles and fried pickles. I ended up taking the fried pickles off. Which had really turned soggy and was just breading- on top - of an already bloated bun. I will never purchase that thing again nor will I visit this Sonic again. I ordered thru the app but still had to wait to get the burger and when I did it was cold! Never again. Save your time and money, skip the “dill burger” and this location.

This place doesn't even deserve a one star by far the worst service here and always a guaranteed waste of your time. They let me wait in my car for over half an hour just to finally come on the speaker and say they decided to close early by a whole hour , after I had been calling to which they ignored all calls. I could see them through the Window doing nothing. They really let all these car just sit there wasting our time. All it would have taken was a fast "sorry we're closed for the night" for me to have driven off and not been so offended . Definitely needs better management

Normally Sonic does not fail but yesterday's visit was horrible. I ordered online to speed up the process. We arrived around 5:10pm. I checked in and we waited. We kept up with the order status and were excited to see that a server was headed out to deliver our order about 5-10 mins later. We chatted about our day and loss track of time waiting for our order. I noticed that the screen no longer had our order status so I pressed the button to check on the status I was told that the system was down and if i wanted to place a new order that id have to wait until 715pm. I let them know that I'd ordered online. I also referred to the specific delivery person that was previously referenced on the screen. I gave my name and was told that they didn't have an order for me then radio silence. I waited a couple of minutes and pressed the button again. I was told again that I'd have to wait to place a new order. I corrected them and said that I was still waiting for online order. I placed the order at 5:04pm according to my receipt and finally at 5:51pm we received our food with a meek apology for the delay. Our family usually loves to stop a Sonic for a special treat but after yesterday my teens are aggravated that we had to wait so long and vowed that they never wanted to go to Sonic again.

I asked to change a drink on my app order. They told me my order was already on its way out. So I ordered the drink separately. Drink came out almost immediate but the order supposedly already delivered not there. Carhop brought the initial order out, so drinks could have been switched after all. Got home, no straws!
