Rice Bowl Express

Today Sunday 17 April 2022 I had the worst experience with the drive thru staff I ordered beef and broccoli with steam rice and a #1 and the cashier didn't repeat my order and I wanted to add 5 egg rolls and all she said I can't add this to your order because I already send it so I got the the window to pay and she then repeat my order we're i said no I ordered beef and broccoli and she said to me I have your order i won't change it and she follow saying i can't order it and she won't change it because she said so I would like to speak to the owner because the staff in this location is horrible when I asked for her name she closed the window In my face. I'm not asking for free food I'm paying for it I had to go back to the Broadway location there they have always had the best service. I place the order she denied me at the Broadway location. So if the owner can see this hopefully he can change the entire staff on Jupiter location.

I would not recommend this place . The food is ok but the staff is terrible. Today I order fried rice and the guy taking the order ask what kind. I ask what kind do you have he said I don’t know. I reply by saying well I see shrimp on the pic of the menu what other do you have.He didnt answer for a couple of minutes.I couldn’t hear what he was saying due to their speaker always been so terrible. I said if he could repeat it again .He sounded upset.At the window he shoved me my card and receipt with an attitude slammed the window.He never said a word and just took my food out . THIS IS NOT THE 1st TIME THEY HAVE BEEN RUDE OR GET OUR ORDERS WRONG. Take your business to someone that appreciate it. Horrible experience.

Ask for seafood fried rice with $2.50 extra shrimp. Received regular order without the extra shrimp I PAID for!!!! 4 extremely small pieces of imitation crab meat! No mussels, no octopus, no nothing! It was regular combination fried rice with 6 shrimp WHATS UP WITH THAT! The cooks can only prepare what you order IF the person is taking the order correctly
