Sonic Drive-in

Customer Service is horrible giving one star is too much there should be a option for no stars. I go through the drive thru the lady states “Go ahead with your order” I’m confused, no “Hello or Good morning, but ok. I start giving my order, the lady says “wait a minute” 5 mins later she says “go ahead with your order” after giving her my order she says “is that all?” Just rude and again horrible service ..waited 10 minutes another lady came out with the food at least she said good morning. Other than that horrible horrible customer service.

This is my 2nd time with horrible experience with Sonic.... I don't know if they have sent down Nationwide but when you place an order on the app... it tells me to check in. You have no choice but to put in your stall number. And wait. So I did on the screen it said they got my order so I waited until my screen said it was delivered but I was sitting in my car with no drink. Correct all I ordered was a drink....... so I clicked the button at the stall and I was informed they were only taking drive thru orders!!!!!!!! But I ordered through my app so sir that's not correct. Sonic fix your system!!!! The guy was nice about getting my drink but waiting 15 minutes for my drink???? I'll pass. Didn't need the sugar anyway.

This sonic is one of the worst sonic locations in Dallas!! I am a faithful sonic customer and I would not recommend this SONIC location to a starving DoG!!!! This place is filled with some of the rudest employees I have ever came across they do not care about the sonic name or brand!!! The food is stale, if it does not come out 1 hour later it comes back as something other than what you ordered!!!! They take at least 10 minutes before they ask you what you want to eat!!! I was under the impression that this was a fast food place that wants to make America happy not ruin the image of what great fresh food is !!!! This is Horrible if u want good fresh food Sadly I would recommend the MCDONALDS down the street!!!!!!!

Not at all surprised first visit the hop spilled coffee all over as he handed it through the window. He simply said, “sorry about that” and walked away. When I finished using all the napkins in the bag I walked up to the door to get more napkins to dry off with. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because I like Sonic.

Every time I give this location a chance the service gets worse and worse. You’d think I’d learned my lesson but the convenience of the location keeps me going back but NEVER AGAIN. The wait to even have your order taken is ridiculous and then the wait to even get your food is horrible. Then you get your food and it’s wrong! This place has gone to the dumps and needs an overhaul of management and employees. SMH

Worst Sonic I’ve ever been to! I went there for lunch today and sat there for twenty minutes after pushing the button, before someone finally came out and told me it wasn’t working. Did they bother to go ahead and take my order? Nope, I was just told to move and start the process over. They are definitely lacking in the customer service department!!!
