It's already upsetting that some of the workers there are rude, but why is the individual cereal open? I purchased 3... one of them was cracked and I didn't realize it until the milk started pouring out the bottom. Then the 2nd one was opened at the top, and I refuse to take it back, they always argue with you even with a receipt... wish they would tear the whole thing down and start over...

Went in to get gas and there was a line....one lady came after me and then the wasn’t anyone else in line after that...the cashier was working one register but when he got to me I asked for $25 in gas and attempted to get to my 7-11 app then to pay with ApplePay. Because it’s a pandemic and we are required to wear mask using face recognition is kind of difficult so you have to put in your password ...It took me all of 7 seconds but then he called the next customer to the other register. The cashier told me I was taking too long when I stated that I needed him to scan my app. I told him that he was being rude and ask where his manager was and what was his name he told me that he would not tell me his name and that I can call the manager or the owner or whoever and it’s not gonna matter he is not gonna do anything. So I got my receipt and I turned my video on to record what he was saying at that point he told me to leave and then he wouldn’t repeat what he said earlier thought I am pretty sure there are cameras in the store. I will write a formal complaint to company or the franchise owner of store. The rude cashier does NOT need to be working with the public. Now I chose this 7-11 over going to Murphy’s because the morning cashiers are real pleasant… This is even though there are multiple crackheads outside the store asking for money… But that was my LAST TIME GOING THERE!!!

If I could give this location a zero i would. On Saturday we pulled up to this location to allow my daughter to use the restroom since we had a long drive home after just picking up my son from the airport. First of all, we pull up and before I can scan the area my dauvhter and her boyfriend are out of the car running into the store...(small bladders). They don't even make it into the store and a lady is tapping on my window. I roll the window down and she sticks her head all the way thru my window and asks if she can have bus money of $4. I told her I didn't have any cash. I told her I had change she was welcome to. I just wanted her head out of my window. She proceeds to go to 3 other cars and do the same thing then takes the money to a smaller younger girl and she then puts the money in ther pocket and pulls something from behind the ice machine located outside the store and walks back over to her cursing at her the whole time. There were several suspicious people outside the store just standing around waiting for cars to pull up so they could harass then. I was so glad to see my daughter and get the hell out of their. Why isn't there a police presence in this area?

I do not recommend for no one to shop here.... The cashier's and managers always have attitudes thinking someone is trying to steal like people don't have money to spend.... Just cause people is walking around the store deciding on what to buy to eat or snack on.... So being treated like that I will never spend my money somewhere I am not wanted or feel comfortable spending money at... So whoever owns this store i suggest you find a way to change the scenery and the attitude of your workers because with no good customer service your store might not last. P.s I am not just talking the poor good customer service has happened to me 3 times at this same store.

This 7-Eleven was clean, the employees were nice, not grumpy. It just happened to be in the perfect place for a direly needed bladder break. Easy to get to even in congested traffic. It is perfectly located close to Love Field. The workers were remarkably helpful with directions for one LOST country boy. Thanks guys!

Would give this no star if I could, the cashier KASSIM is extremely rude and has terrible customer service. He has an attitude everytime you come into the store. I never experience such rude and disrespectful behavior from cashiers when I visit 7 eleven. His behavior is unacceptable and no one should have to avoid going to a store because of how rude the worker is to the customer. I suggest management do something about his behavior because it's disgusting the way he treats customers
