I've been here for about a month and I really love it here! Griselda at the front office was really really helpful throughout the whole process (and it was a very long process) and I'm really happy to be here. Maintenance is really helpful, the location is great (I can walk to get groceries when it's nice outside), and the apartments are pretty nice + clean - plus it's gated, and the gate actually closes unlike some other places. It's a small community (which personally I like) and the parking situation isn't great unless you're willing to pay for a reserved spot, but for the most part I think you get what you pay for minus some of the move in fees that are a little unnecessary. Overall, I'm happy with it!

My daughter just took a apt in Vue in Knoll trail in Dallas as its near to UT Dallas and she is a senior. The experience we had with the staff was amazing , they were super helpful but what i didn’t like was all the fees they charged upfront to move in. As i was also the guarantor, they charged 2 application fees, $125 admin fee and $150 move in fee . How do they expect a student to pay all these fees. I think they are taking advantage of the situation that market is good and apartments are not available so add as many fee to make money which is a downside for this apartment. I am giving them 3 star because of added fees. Also, apt price changes every day and as we took 2 days to decide apt price was increased $50 and we got a smaller apt for higher price whereas they have 100 sq feet bigger apt for lower price which does not make sense but had no choice and paying more for smaller apt. Requested them to give the apt price that was told before but they said no.

I have been living here for over four years. Since the newer property management came in over two years ago it has only got better. The management listens and cares about their people and will help you out with your needs. The maintenance team is also top notch. It’s a small community and I have created many friends here - If you're looking for a place to live and be in a great environment this is the place to be!

I haven't had any trouble with the office or cars getting towed at all. The only issue I have is one that is unavoidable in apartment life, noise. My neighbors are a bit noisy but it's only during day hours generally so not much can be done but I don't fault the management for that. All in all it's a pretty decent place to live, I've seen much worse and these units are at a good price.

Currently am a resident and have been now for two months, great atmosphere and perfect location! The front office is quick to respond, and they are on top of any issue that may come up. An atmosphere that is quick to feel like home could be best summarized by T.S. Elliot "Home is where one starts from". Great Start!

Stay away. I lived in Addison Circle and moved here to save some money. I now know why this place is so cheap and I should have opted for the higher rent in the Circle. Packages would be delivered to the main office and would magically disappear and then reappear weeks later. Never have packages delivered to your door step as they will be stolen per my neighbors advice. Family lived above me and were loud at all hours of the night. I understand that living in an apartment doesn't mean peace and quiet, but these were domestic type fights where the kids were involved. You know those homeless people that stand on the corner of Arapaho and Beltline asking for money? Well, if you don't, you soon will as one of those ladies lives in the complex. Trash dumpster was always overflowing. I moved out and left my apartment in perfect condition and turned in keys early to insure everything was taken care of to their standard and they charged me for a carpet cleaning and I tried to work with them on it. Said they would get back with me and instead just turned the account into collections. Lovely. I'm the type that submits reviews for places that have great service and horrible service so take that for what it's worth. I would pay a few hundred dollars extra and live in a better location.
