5/17/2022, I ordered a pizza 30 minutes beforehand upon arriving. I get there and my pizza wasn’t made. The two males that was working evening shift was acting very dumbfounded about what happened to my order. I wasn’t given a sorry for inconvenience or even a store credit. Need new employees at this business; neither males was dressed up in uniform & the front counter is messy, unappealing for business

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered almost $80 worth of food. Received only half of my order and food that was received was cold and nasty. Called to see if they would refund what was not delivered and they are not issuing refunds. I could get store credit. No I want a refund because none of the food was worth anything . Was not good. Why would I order again from someone who took over 3 hours to get to my house. I will never give any money to this location ever again. I advise you all to not use this location.

I ordered an Edge pizza direct from Pizza Hut site to be delivered to my home and received a Large Thin Crust pizza delivered to my home by doordash. I drove to the location my pizza came from and was told that a Large Thin crust pizza with no garlic herb seasoning blend drizzled on top was an Edge pizza. I asked for a refund being they were not able to make the pizza and was told they do not give refunds. I aske for the shift leader or manager was told one of the young kids there was the manager on duty. Asked for the owners information so that I could contact for a refund being they could no fulfill my order, I was told I need to send an email online. I go online and there was no information other than a general customer service line that I could contact. Horrible policy concerning refunds on items location refuses to provide that are offered on the online menu. Will not be using Pizza Hut for future orders due to this incident.

Vista Wood Pizza Hut Location Is Ver Horrible. They Only Have 2 Young Ladies That Are Very Sweet. The Management Is EXTREMELY Poor. I Ordered Online From Work, Gets In Grab My Order, Didn’t Open My Order (That’s On Me) So I Get Home It’s Missing My Jalapeños & My BBQ Wings We’re Super Old Like They We’re Ordered Earlier From A Prior Order & Just Left In There Warmer & Gave To Me When My Order Came Through They Computer. I Take It Back. The Lovely Lady At The Front Gets It Remade But It’s Comes Out Incorrect Again This Time No Pepperoni. So I Ask For A Refund & I Bet Yal Know How That Went. She Said They Policy Is They Don’t Give Refunds Especially When Half The Pizza Is Missing 😂 Half The Pizza 😂😂😂 Mind You The Pizza Wasnt Even What I Ordered So Why Would Half The Pizza Be Eaten 🤦🏾‍♀️ Okay So Her & Her WHOLE Team Stood At The Counter Talking Trash. She Let Me Know That I Can Complain But She Receives The Complaints So Nothing Will Be Done. I Went On & Asked For Her Boss Number She Said They We’re Franchise So They Had No Number. She Let The Children Run The Store. She Laughs & Carry On With The Staff Instead Of Enforcing Standards I Know Should Be Enforced. All You See Is Horrible Comments About This Location & That’s Sad. When A Manager Is Dealing With A Customer Complaint The Whole Staff Shouldn’t Be Standing Behind Her Making Rude Jokes & Comments. I Didn’t Even Know If They Were Workers Or Just Friends Because Only About 3 Workers Had On Uniform.

I ordered delivery and was told there would be a an hour and half before I get my food after two hours I called and was put on hold three times finally I walked up there I was in a motel less than a five minute drive away when I get there they told me they didn't have any delivery drivers so I had to order it again. Do you think they offered me anything for my troubles not at all I had to wait for it to get cooked people were coming in after me and getting their orders before me the cashier was rude I asked for the manager never saw them wasn't offered anything for the next time was charged for the parmesan cheese they didn't have the crust I wanted and when I got back to my room the food was cold. This was the worst experience with a pizza place in my life wish I could leave zero stars wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy
