Chicken Express

Sick of this places inability to fulfill an order. This was this last time I'll ever be back after too many times of them not being able to read a ticket and flat out miss items you order. I should of known to triple check my order but this time it was 2 combo meals so I thought I'd be OK. NOPE! Forgot half the order and the "manager" wanted to to drive back for them to fix it. Another NOPE contacted my bank and disrupted every single charge that was incorrect. You guys need to do better. People are spending money at your place and the least you could do is make sure the order is correct. It's literally written on the box. Fortunately most banks are backed by Visa/MC regulations so a full refund was issued due to not delivering services paid for. Close the doors if you don't want to work.

I normally love this place...but...went in for lunch today and ordered a 3 PC. dark meat lunch. They charged me $11 and brought me 3 of the smallest wings I've ever seen. They said they were out of legs and thighs, so I got wings. Didn't ask if I wanted something else...just dropped them on my table and walked away. Very disappointed in their customer care. Been a customer for many years, but not after today's experience.

I went in specifically for the chicken livers. Since they are made fresh there was a wait of 10-15 minutes, which I didn't mind. What I did mind was the dry, crunchy, and overcooked livers I was given. I won't be getting them again. Thankfully the mac and cheese, roll, and apple pie were pretty good.
