The cashier working today (it’s Sunday, 6/5/22 @ 6:30 pm) was very rude and provided poor customer service. My boyfriend went in to pick up an UberEats order and she ignored him. When he tried to get her attention and inform her of the reason he was there, she responded “well you gone have to wait”.

I live in the area and came to this store to use the redbox. I arrived around 8:30 ish to see multiple homeless people gathering around the entrance to the store. One was peeing on the side of the building,one was starting a fire in the trashcan, and one was swinging a huge shovel around in the air. Needles to say I did not feel comfortable getting out of my car to use the dvd rental machine. I left. Not to mention the gas is cheaper across the street at the QT. Use caution when at this place!!

They cashier's need to learn the local laws a bit better before trying to enforce them. They refused service because i covered my face with a ball cap which meets Seagoville requirements. I even showed the cashier the Seagoville law about Facebook. Don't waste your time, keep on driving.

Usually not to crowded ,the cashiers and clerks are courteous and prompt about their biz, only issue is the ATM seems to have networking and connection issues alot

Always slow service. If it weren't close at hand all the time, I wouldn't stop there. Restroom is usually dirty (only used it twice, but both times I was nervous about using it). Prices are generally higher than at other convenience stores (gas, food etc. )

Used the ATM and money was never deposited from the machine. Checked my account and the money was withdrawn and the transaction went through. Manager was not helpful. Working with bank to get money back. Again, the manager dismissed my complains and continued to let others use it.
