Domino's Pizza

We ordered the new 5 cheese dip, some pizzas, awful! Over an hour to get them delivered (we are 5 minutes away) but pizzas were burnt, and not cut, and the “dip” is more like a corn tortilla, that’s how thin and hard is (also burnt) the knots were the only decent thing, not worth the money, not the wait, not even chewing this

I have to say that the only guy working there did a wonderful job with my orders. I placed my order online and when it said ready I went to pick it up. When I got there the door was locked and I thought that my order was placed, money taken, and I was screwed. Eventually the worker came to the door. Unfortunately it was not ready and took an additional 20min but it was not the guy working there fault because he was literally the only one there. I think that this location may need to close down tho because they never really have any workers. Regardless He did a wonderful job with my orders and brought it out to my truck. He needs a raise!!

Horrible place, order online and tracker stated it was ready. Went in person a lady stated it needed 10 minutes. Went to the store next door for 15 mins when I returned she stated it still wasn't ready. Decided to call my partner to check what time my order was place and that's when help decided to come out from the back office a whole 3 additional people who then decided it was time to start passing out pizza that were just sitting in the back. Received my pizza cold with the wrong toppings and they refused to listen to my issue and stated I would have to wait an additional "15 minutes" if I wanted my order right.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would.... I order pizza at 5:35pm... 7:20 pm rolls around and I called to see what's wrong and they say they delivered my order to the wrong. But he gave me the address I gave him on the phone. Now they have refund me and he tells me that's gonna take a least 5 days for me to get that back. So I'm just outta 45 dollars.... I shoulda listened to the reviews because they are all bad ...👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Please do not waste your time or money at this location. They have young children working there no one ever answers the phone and the manager is a joke. He plays around and throws boxes at employees. And to add to that. My pizza doesn't come with the garlic seasoning in the crust they just pour it on. Then my wings. I order ranch with the wings thinking like ALWAYS...it comes on the side. But no I get ranch poured on my wings before I even open the box. I'm really disappointed in everything I just ordered. I ate the pizza but I hate I even ordered wings. Wont be back to this location and its in my neighborhood so I hate I have to. But the Polk and Ledbetter location is better and newer. Pics should come with this post as well
