I would give a negative 7 but the points don't go that way I went in to the 7-Eleven at Westmoreland Illinois I had almost 3,000 points on my 7-Eleven points so I went to redeem something to drink and when I redeemed it the guy scanned it at the register took the points then said that the points aren't there and try to charge me for the drink then he got an attitude because I told him that the points were on there and he told me they weren't and got an attitude and wouldn't help me manager came out looked at my phone and wouldn't help me either and try to charge me for the drink so what good is the point of your associates don't know how to redeem them don't go in there because they're still your money they're still your point she was still whatever cuz I've been had my stuff selling from there before it's not the first time

Was shocked and frightened to see the Hispanic male employee displaying a gun. He appeared aggressive I’m just woundering is that legal? Walking outside as well? I’m looking at other reviews and apparently he’s not liked by many. Very bad way to represent 7/11 I will reach out to the superiors and real owners not franchise owners.

Nad customer service and for a place that's 24/7 they de be closed a lot of night with workers in their. Not even a drive thru window to go up too or none.

So glad to see this place with a low rating! It needs to go or be completely revamped. Terrible doesnt come close to the customer service. Never any fresh coffee, always dirty, not enough selection on drinks... do I really need to go on? This place flat out sucks!

stupid place... food is never fresh.. crazy Indians are lazy.. they never wanna give me fresh food. and the Indian lady always has this stupid look on her face... never coming again. also they sell nearly expired food on the shelves.. where is the manager here ??

Horrible visit....i normally stop here on a regular basis but this morning was horrible. No coffee and the coffee they did have was only dark roast so i sucked it up and got that even though i dont like dark roast and then the coffee wasn't even hot. Smh. The lady that checked me out didnt even say thank you or nothing. Sad shame i wont go here again.

I arrived at 655am, pushed the service button for help. No answer, pushed the help button on pump it said attendant called, called the phone number 5x no answer. I am Handicapped needed assistance with gas. 25 minutes later. I had to call someone from home to come help me.

Terrible service that i got from this guy name fidel worst service ever im a regular customer that goes 4 times a week and this has been the worst experience i have gotten i came in with a doggy bag from work went to the restroom and he gazed at me like i was about to steal something when i got to the counter i told him look at my bag i dont have anything to steal im a respected man i dont do that he looked at me with hate and told me to leave i was going to buy a budlight and some chips but he told me to get out of his store thats no way to be treating customers that go regulary this never happens when jd or the older guy with long hair is around his a latino guy short with messed up teeth always wearing a hat he shouldn't work there cause he dont know how to give excellent customer service
