Sonic Drive-in

Love my Route 44 and corny dog. Update: In the heat of the summer a Route 44 diet Cherry Limeade is the way to go. 44 ounces of a great drink. Of course, I had my two corny dogs. My husband had the #5=square BLT (the lettuce and tomato were too warm for my husband’s taste), fries (need more time in the fryer) and a Coke. We never pass by a Sonic!

Had an App order and sat and waited for almost 40 minutes and then pushed red button to ask about it since the display had changed and we never received our order so. I stepped out of SUV to patio and had seen our order like for back and another ten minutes carhop grab out shake and tried to head them to me. I had ask to have them re made since they were shake and from what I can assume they had be sitting there the whole 40plus minutes. I stood there and watch the dump the old shakes into new cup and add a little bit of ice cream. So I said no way and asked for refund. Lady manager asked why. I watched you pour old shake that you left inside with and brought back inside . Into a cup to remake and offer back to me. Then after speaking with Chris and got refund and while speaking to him and smoothing thing over a carhop wanted to come out and threaten to fight me for taking photos of drive-in and staff working. And started running his mouth his name is "Alexis" . He was told to go away and go back inside he want to keep threatening me and running his mouth, but once Chis went back inside he wouldn't say a word. He should be fired "Alexis". Chris has my number feel free to call me! Chis did a great job handling the whole thing. But Alexis and the young lady reusing shakes should be fired. WHAT ElSE are they reusing!

Well I really don’t know what happen to this store. They are super slow and when I park the Supervisor was sitting outside smoking when he was done just got back to work without washing his hand had no uniform on and wearing sandals you can see how the are making the drinks no gloves or nothing it look really Dirty

Ordered cheese fries the slapped a slice of American cheese on it heated it then waited for it to be a cold clump to deliver to me. Disgusting. I'm disgusted with this location. Every time it's something awful to be experienced. See that I'm not the only one with bad experiences here. Wonder what it's going to take for them to take some corporate action ...
