I’m fuming. We waited over 30 minutes for our ice cream to receive a wrong order and basically soup, not ice cream. What a miserable experience. So basically while we waited for 30 minutes our ice cream was melting. Awesome. Fantastic. This is not the first time we have had terrible service. They get our order wrong almost every single time. Wish I could give 0 stars. I don’t think I can ever bring myself to go back there again.

I used the Sonic app and had a perfect and fast experience. I tried the new sour patch kids sluchie float and let me tell y'all it was absolute perfection. Will definitely be coming back to this location. Great job Sonic!! Keep up the great work

23 minutes for one slush. It's ok. They were busy. But gotta give honest feedback! Would have left but we'd already paid. They offered a coupon for a free item because of the delay. But had to go back in and get it. We just left we were done.

One of the worst Sonic locations I've been to. The orders are not usually correct and their call boxes don't work properly half the time. If you try to get around these by using the app then you are in for an adventure. Today it wouldn't let me check in on the app and it took them 20 mins to answer the red button. When I explained I ordered on the app and couldn't check in the girl snapped at me that they got the order like it was my fault their equipment doesn't work correctly. I go to Sonic for the ease of ordering and quick pick up I normally get when I use the app. Unfortunately, this location doesn't live up to the brand's reputation.

The receptionist is very rude ,I went to this location to get something for breakfast,I called in be they did not respond. At least tell me you not ready yet. I drive to the pay out window and asked her why are y'all opening last this morning. She came out very rude and said she will open when ever she is ready. I was like at least notify customer to exercise patience while you try to open even though you know you late. She has a dirty attitude towards customers. This is not right. You don't need to stop employing this kind of people They going to make people give you bad reviews. I took my time to write this comment because I was very unsatisfied with the way she presented herself and the services she rendered. It was very low, very very low. The server name on the receipt is 385.

Yes, it was slower than most people would probably prefer, but for there to be probably no more than 5 people working at 7:30 PM on a Saturday, of COURSE it was slow. This is not an issue of the staff being slow/unprofessional/untrained. In fact, the staff was extremely delightful and apologetic for the situation, even though it was not their fault at all. There simply need to be more workers. Whether it was an issue of scheduling specifically tonight or an issue of hiring enough people at all, they are overworked and, likely, underpaid. Please do not blame the workers.

Came through the drive through and was told they were closed for 15-20 minutes. Asked why that was and she said “we have a flood in our kitchen, you don’t see me standing here holding the back door open to let the water out?” Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. That is not how you treat customers who come to a business, I don’t need your attitude.

Second time this has happened at Greenville Avenue location. Hot dogs have a weird color to them. That you don’t notice till you bite into them. Because of the chili covering them. They look spoiled or old. But they can see the color of the hot dog before it’s served. So why do they serve them anyway. Oh btw I never send food back. Don’t trust people I don’t know.
