Sonic Drive-in

Lately every time I order here, it takes 45 minutes to get my order even with the app. I go here because it's supposed to be fast food. I've noticed that the orders get marked as complete, 20 mins before it gets delivered. Which would skew your analytics and make the franchise seem to be operating effectively when it's clear this place has a staffing shortage.

I guess ordering thru the app isn’t a sure fire way to get exactly what you ordered. Had a coupon for the bacon double cheeseburger sandwich and wasn’t a lick of bacon on it. Ordered light ice on my drink, I get ice to the top. In times where you have to make every dollar count and you order something and don’t get what you paid for, infuriates me. Maybe not pay the employees for a day I bet they would get our orders right afterwards. Don’t bother at this location Corporate was quick to reach out and make it right. Least they take to time to follow up with their customers. Thanks

Used to be a good place, but since last week after spending a couple of days closed everytime I order something they get it wrong. Three times I had ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger with no mayo and three times I get the order wrong. I gave them the benefit of the doubt since this didn't happened before, but I learned my lesson and will not be ordering from here again.

Literally worst experience, went here for my lunch. And they forgot about me. They told me they thought I drove off. Which makes no sense because if they went to my stall where I ordered from they would of seen me parked. I literally wasted my whole hour of lunch waiting for my order. Than the lady wants to give me the food that was sitting out instead of getting me fresh food. Worst experience ever!
