Papa Johns Pizza

Terrible if I can give no starts I would they brought me someone else order my family was real upset. I called and the manager DJ was not trying to help me out in any way he refused to re make my order and wanted to bring me back cold pizza I refused to accept the offer I asked for my money back he told us we had to take the order back to the store to get a refund. Such a terrible experience and he even hung up twice trying to avoid helping us. Never ordering from this location agin.

i recommend to the manager to give proper training in costumer service, the pizza is delicious, hot, good prices and awesome time delivery but the costumer service is pretty poor at least on this location.. when i get there to pick my pizza the guy was yelling to me from the kitchen asking the name of the order i explain him that it was an online order so nay it was easier too see the order number he just mumble something and came to the registrer with a bad attitude..
