Burger King

The single item I ordered earned this Burger King a ☆☆ review. " Mustard Whopper with cheese, no onions, no ketchup, no mayo." I was a little shocked that a single patty whopper with cheese is now over $7, but I pay the price while assuming I can get this single item which I had ordered, prepared as requested. Nope! See if you can see what's missing from this fine looking cuisine.

This location is just "okay". They have minor attempts to clean the area as the neighborhood has become more gentrified. The lines aren't long and food is hot and made orderly. The issue is the upsell on their combos. I asked for the meal $7.99, but the charged me the upsell price. So you have to be cautious and clear when making your order. The staff is generally nice, and you can sense they are working to make your dining experience pleasant.

On Jan 10, 2022, around 1:15PM, this place charged me $19.03 for what should have been a $4.33 meal. The lady who was the on-duty manager, clearly didn't know what she was doing or how to refund an order. I was supposed to receive a refund, but she was unable to provide me a copy of a receipt proving that the charge had been refunded. Her only option was to have me take a photo of her photo showing the screen. I have tried calling the number on this posting several times, but it just rings through until an automated line says it will be disconnecting the call. Note, that is the on-duty manager who is holding her phone.

I tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt again today and of course it was a FAIL... Everyday I go the hashbrowns are over cooked, the fries are always over cooked. I asked manager today could I get fresh fries? His response was "They are already cooked". The lack of customer service for an $8.00 burger is unacceptable. There's no wonder why the McDonald's has more business than Burger King where you can have it your way, Just not the fries...... McDonald's here I come

I came in for a typical Sunday lunch. And this Burger King managed to go above and beyond in my expectations by distributing fresh food, and superb hospitality;Furthermore my 6 year old daughter had to use the restroom, They made the process very easy by displaying very clean restrooms. Not many fast food restaurants are ran this efficiently so it must be put out there.
