Pizza Patron

This is the second time I order pizza from here and it was not fully cooked both times. I came to complain and one of the employees offered a refund or redo and stated the timer is the same for the redo. I asked to have it extra cooked and stated if it comes out burnt it’s not our fault but didn’t even bother to apologize for it coming out not cooked at all the first time. She was wearing a pink hat. Honestly rude employee. This will be the last time I get anything from here. Always check to make sure your pizza is actually FULLY COOKED! And get a better employee with actual good customer service.

This place needs to shut down. We order 8 pizza on Friday night and within the next 24 hours all of my cousins got sick from the pizza. I called the store and spoke to Ana who interrogated me very rude woman. She took my name and number saying she was going to send it to the regional manager, Michael, and I still haven’t heard anything back. My cousins are babies 1,4,5 all sick throwing up violently from the pizza. I explained to Ana what happened and not once did she offer a solution. Take my warning and NEVER go to this location. Sorry management. I’ve worked in the customer service industry for 6 years now and I know how to talk to people. Ana was rude to both me and my other cousin who were trying to report this. I will be contacting corporate to hopefully get this place shut down because I’m not the only review who has dealt with pizza that was not properly cooked.

I ordered 5 pizzas, total was about $38 and let's just say my kids didn't eat them. All the pizzas were blown up so it looked like spots of bread everywhere. I didn't take a picture because my phone was dead but let's just say I won't be going to this Pizza Patron anymore, I should've gone to my usual one off 30 but since it was on the way I stopped here.

I ordered a pizza and they never made my pizza, when my son went to pick up the pizza, they said he hadn't ordered anything, and then they never answered the phone. Terrible service, they should train all the staff better and give them kindness classes, because apparently they do not know that word. They're in a bad mood all the time, like we're going to order the free pizza

Make sure you are very clear you already know the price of the pizzas or check before you go to drive thru. They will give you other prices especially on Alma the assistant managers shift at store #1. The young lady at the window said and I quote "prices have changed and our lowest Pizza price is $8". One thing is up selling and another just lying to the customer. Disappointed

I put in an order at 8:36pm and the lady had told me that it would take 15 min to get ready i get there at 9:00pm and was told the pizzas were not even made yet or put in the oven. So i waited and once i got the pizzas i noticed the dough was raw including the wings and the assistant manager had said that once its new dough it comes out like that so basically telling me they serve people old dough! This is unacceptable and the assitant manager kept saying if we make you new pizzas they will still come out the same way! My husband went back to get the money back and he was told that the oven is broken so how are they still making pizzas with a broken oven ?!? I will be contact health services for food! Assitant manager also said they never had problems with the food when there’s numerous people saying they food was raw or it was dropped on the floor!

This store needs to check their oven. I've gotten raw dough instead of pizza crust multiple times. It's not worth it as Pizza Patron is one of the more expensive 'fast food' pizza restaurants, and it almost never comes out right. Seriously, check the oven. Customer Service is fine and the crew working there is nice.
