I ordered a number 4, a number 11, and ten nuggets totaling 21.57. I paid and waited about 5 minutes. Normal and not the problem. Problem was when given my food I was told my card declined and i needed to pay again. Odd after 5 minutes i was just told. I checked my account and low and behold I was charged. Was refused my food until I paid even when I proved it to the manager by showing my bank account. Their suggestion was call the bank and say their was a fraudulent charge. Which freezes bank accounts. This is the third time I've been double charged. If you are going to pay with a card expect to pay multiple times on multiple cards because their system loves to steal from their customers. This is outrageous and I'm done believing the staff.

I was there Tuesday at 7pm. Ordered the double fish combo for $6.99. Register upfront was not working. They took my card to back to charge. I looked at bank statement today. I was charged TWICE. Called today and no answer. Not cool. I'll be stopping by tonight for a refund. Inform them I'm coming.

I really don't like putting negative stuff but the service was bad. The person that took our order acted really rude. Like if she was in a rush. Also gave us our order incomplete. A couple things missing. The tacos we order were really over cooked, almost burned.

Went there 15 mins ago and they forgot to put my sandwich they only gave me the hash brown Please fix this problem and costumers should not have to check their bag to make sure their food is there. Went there today march 11 and they gave me my order but it was bacon and not sausage , and i can't eat it because i am allergic to bacon.

The workers always act like they're in a hurry and you're bothering them. I have a very tough vehicle and the employee did not make it easy for me to be able to get my drinks and was constantly rushing me to hurry up like she had something better to do. Worst part was the food was cold and nasty at least I could have had good food and dealt with the attitude and horrible service. Received bad service and nasty food.

"If I could give one star I would..." Karen's everywhere and now ME. A drive thru experience I will never forget... I hope your holidays were warm and SAFE. Let me start with earlier in the night we found our car broken into so not the happiest to start with... but we are optimistic people. While on the app 2 breakfast burritos for $6 were an option, unfortunately this location wasn't doing the 2 for $6 deal in person and wasn't precipitating in the online offer. The man taking our order was very inpatient, when we were at the window we explained the situation to the girl taking our payment and that after our first 2 cards declined then we don't have anymore to pay cause our bank cards have been frozen due to the incident from earlier. *!*Arrogant MANager enters stage left*!* Typical man walks up and starts yelling for another card for payment and we tell him we don't have one, instead can he cancel the order or possibly just charge us for the one and he say no just waving his arm out the drive through window like he's hailing a cab and knows he's not getting any attention. He's using his ANGRY MAN ears and not listening to anyone but himself so when I ask for my cards back.. he tells me no. He told me no to my own payment cards. Someone needs to sit this man down and discuss his childhood trama, but who has the time? Ladies am I right? So... you're telling me that you can't cancel a transaction and refund a customer? BTW... we still haven't received the refund for HALF of the total and they kept both cards after asking for them back. Im sure they are kept safe, probably in the same container as they keep "quality customer service." Thanks Jack... but the Tea is too hot. I'll go burn myself with a McDonalds coffee next time.
