I was denied business because the cash that I was trying to pay with included a $5 bill that included both halves that was ripped in half at 3/4. According to the US Treasury As long as three-quarters of a bill are intact, you can exchange it for a whole bill!!! But I had MORE than just the three quarters of the bill. I had the last quarter of it as well. Still they told me they could not take it unless I taped it together. I had no tape in the car and so I asked if they could tape it and they said no. I asked if they had some tape that I can use to tape it together. Again they were uncooperative. I find it VERY hard to believe that the Manager has NO scotch tape in their office! But even that notwithstanding their staff doesn't know anything about the legal usage of cash money! Even when I told them that they could use my bill they still refused to serve me. What these people did was illegal, spiteful and wrong. Because of them I was forced to go somewhere else and further waste precious minutes of my lunch hour. I will not be returning here EVER again, but I felt I should educate both the staff there and any customer trying to use cash that As long as three-quarters of a bill are intact, you can exchange it for a whole bill.

This locations staff is beyond disrespectful. More specifically; Alexis (If thats even his real name) Went to the drive thru at 4:10AM. I was informed that the system needed to reboot and would take 20 minutes. I said "Ok" and waited in the drive thru since i was the only one. After about 10 minutes the line built. Alexis came onto the intercom to begin taking my order. He then tried lecturing me about "Blocking" the drive thru for other customers. I was completely mind boggled. I simply waited the 20 minutes i was told for the system to reboot to place my order. He said that I blocked the drive thru and the other customers didn't know about the system reboot and that they would be blaming him. I informed him that they would blame him because he was to blame. Was i supposed to get off and tell each person in line? Was i supposed to pull out of the drive thru and wait in the parking lot for 20 minutes to get back in line? He REFUSED to take my order and wouldn't speak to me. I had to pull up to the actual window to get someones attention. After seeing me at thew window he tried HIDING! he then started taking the other peoples orders who were behind me!! I was very upset about this as all i did was wait for as i was instructed to do. Alexis needs to work on communication and take responsibility. It was already 4:30 in the morning. If you didn't want to go to work then you shouldn't have shown up, better yet, QUIT. I've been to this location a few times before and haven't had ANY issues until tonight. Very upsetting that I was told to wait and then REFUSED service which doesn't seem to be the first time they refused service for something stupid. The District Manager Cesar needs to get this locations team together and go over simple manners and respect for customers.

I will never come to this location again! Every time I come here they give me old food! What’s the point of eating fast food it it’s going to be cold and old! Every time I come here it’s something with the food not being fresh! The jalapeño poppers are disgusting I got my kid a kids meal and the burger is so cold and old u can tell it’s been sitting for hours! Do your job or get out of the fast food industry!

Don’t go here, especially at night. They are checked out and mess up every time. Just ordered a 14 combo and got onion rings? instead of chicken. Like how do you do that? EDIT: went back on principle and they knew before I said anything my order was wrong, gave me the chicken, and a chocolate cake for free. Thanks for that! Wish I didn’t have to drive back though.

I want to leave a one star for the horrible experience I had a minute ago at the drive though!! Because of the person was taking the order they should fire her because SHE WAS SO RUDE i was ordering and she didnt repeat my order and i repeated my order making sure she got it she spoke with my in a horrible tone and attitude so I told her i dont want to order anything and I would never order in this location again.
