I loved it REALLY BECAUSE THEY ACTUALLY TOOK MY ORDER AND SERVED ME instead of saying the system is down or backing up so the employee gets away without taking no order until they are good and ready. Jack in the Box best believe is aware of that bull**** therefore should not claim 24/7 open

👎😡👎"EVERY TIME I GO TOO A FAST FOOD PLACE, THE FRIES AREN'T FRESH"!!!! It just makes me not want to "EAT OUT ANYMORE"!!!! I'll just cook my own fries at home that way I'll know that they are fresh to eat. "A WISE MAN ONCE SAID, IF YOU WANT SOMETHING DONE RIGHT YOU HAVE TO DO IT YOURSELF I TRULY BELIEVE THAT"!!!!

This Jack in box is usually pretty quick compared to those around Dallas. Last night they decided to close for four hours while getting grease cleared out. No warning and still accepting online orders only to have drivers turned away. That could be managed better.

I feel they needed more staff 11-12 in the evening, very long line, long wait due to staffing. This is the time many are getting off work and stop to get food for home. Ppl love to run through drive thru's for a fast experience and fast food. Waiting tends to make ppl upset and anger.

A Sunday morning: in the drive thru, cashier was patient and helped me order a breakfast combo (I'm not a JITB regular). At the window, cashier was efficient, smiling and thanking me when handing me my receipt. The food was still hot enough when I got home and everything (sausage, bacon, little pancakes, hash browns, and especially the eggs, I was surprised how good they tasted) was good!

Worst Jack in the box ever!!!! Do not get your food here. I got my order all greasy full of oil to the point were I could not eat it so I called and they agreed to redo it. They got my redone order wrong so I told the lady and she catched an attitude as if it was my fault that she could not do her job right!!!! Yall need to get Maria fired for worst customer service and food service!!!
