Jack In The Box

DO NOT GO HERE!! This location is by far the worst jack in box I’ve ever been too. They are always out of product, they only accept cash at certain points of the night, and they always give me a incorrect order! Tonight, I order the chick n tater meal and they failed to tell me that they have no tacos. Instead I got a box full of fries! If I would have known of course I wouldn’t have ordered it. Sorry jack but this is the LAST TIME you see me at this location. They need some type of management. Also, if they would answer the phone I wouldn’t have had to take this to the internet.

Whichever crew was working tonight needs a raise. Ordered through Ubereats and received literally the best Jack in the Box food I've ever had. Everything was fresh and made correctly. The soda was crisp. The burgers looked straight out of a commercial. Seriously. Pay them more and have them train your other crews.

waited in line for exactly 26 minutes , waited at the order screen for about 5 minutes continuously saying “ hello” ,no response, i get to the window and the lady refuses to take my order because I can only order at the order screen . I explain that nobody was answering and she says “well you were supposed to wait because we are understaffed” . how was I supposed to know that? you could easily said “one moment” or anything while I waited for 5 minutes not knowing I’m supposed to keep waiting . they really do not care at this location . waste of my time .

This place literally deserves negative 20 stars. No one answers the phone calls and no one literally provides update on order. I thought this is fast food chain, however it looks like that this place is part of crippling food chain; if you’re literally looking for fast food chain or anything like a hour or two wait time, don’t order from this place. By the way, if you like to eat breakfast for dinner then this place might be perfect. You can order in the morning when you wake up and the order might be ready by the dinner time.

Be careful at this location. Some of their prices are randomly higher than other Jack locations. Went to get one of their "late night" meals, of which the whole point is they're cheaper at night, but at this location they charged me the regular $8 price. The service in the drive thru was slow and the employee seemed uninterested in taking my order. Food was decent, though the tacos were half empty. Definitely not worth the price they're charging at this location. I'll stick with my usual one.

Came through the drive thru a few days ago. Got stuck in life for 15 minutes. Was told that they can't do burgers because the cook walked out and then when I got to the window I found out half the staff had walked out. Now I can't get breakfast when I get off of work at 4:30 am because apparently they don't have a cashier and they only accept Uber and doordash. Who the f is ordering Uber and doordash at 4:00 in the morning!? I do not see this location lasting much longer. Smh
