Chipotle Mexican Grill

This was hands down the worst experience I’ve had with Chipotle. This location is clean and the staff was friendly; however, my burrito was a miserable failure. I placed an order using my app, which is how I always order, for pickup. Upon arrival my food was ready and the young lady promptly asked my name and retrieved my order. Upon arrival back to work, a short ten minute drive, I opened my bag to find a special treat. A burrito literally swimming in grease. The tortilla was so soaked I had to peel the vast majority of it away using napkins in an effort to keep it off my hands and clothing. Once I was able to rescue the poor drowning burrito I then attempted to make the most of what was left. The first bite was questionable at best, but the second bite was quickly regurgitated. The barbacoa was so salty it wasn’t even edible. I ended up having to get rid of the entire thing. It was like the meat had been soaking in the bottom of the pan for the last week and they just decided to empty it on my burrito and then make a fresh batch. I won’t be totally unreasonable here, because I will be visiting Chipotle again. I just won’t be visiting this Chipotle again. I’ll stick with something a little safer like Chic-Fil-A when I’m in the area of I-20 and Wheatland.

Every time I place an order online, it’s never right. I received 3 pieces of lettuce after selecting extra lettuce. It’s just a good thing I checked before leaving. I had asked the young lady was this all the lettuce I can get. She replied, “I can give you a side of lettuce” Don’t order online/delivery for this location. You need to be there to watch them make your food.

Every time I go to Chipotle they never have anything ready. If it is not no brown rice or the chicken. Let’s not leave out no vegetables. Then when ask for double chicken. Act like they are paying for it. Then barely put any meat on the spoon am paying dam near $3 for extra chicken. Give me what I asked for. This location used to be my favorite not anymore. Don’t do online order can’t get that right either. Very disappointed!!!!!!

I like spicy food. The spicier the better. But holy $h1t, they made the steak and chicken so blisteringly hot that it hurt my children. This is unacceptable. I expect to be contacted by chipotle regarding this order. Also, the employees absolutely did not care to be there. Not to mention the homeless sleeping inside and out front. Nasty place, worse employees, painful food. Hard pass.
