Echo to McDonald's to get a caramel frappe and a large fry. I get to the window and the person says we know longer carry frappes. I then ask for a milkshake she said we aren't serving milkshakes at this time. Just to verify the time it is 1:00 p.m. in the afternoon. I didn't ask for an ice cream cone. She said we do not have those either. So I finally requested a Sprite and a large fry. The Sprite had seven ice cubes but it was fresh. But the fries were cold. I'm not sure why I went there. But now I'm sure I won't be going back to that McDonald's.

The service is very slow. Also, when I went there they was out of beef but instead of the guy on the speaker saying they didn't have beef, he had me go through all the beef items he didn't have until I finally asked, so do you not just have beef and then he said NO. Smh. They gotta do better with their hiring.

If you're looking for a truly ghetto experience in fast-food dining, please come to this restaurant. I just left this place and had some of the worst customer service I've ever had, ever! I walk in the door that looked more like the entrance to a pool hall than a Mc Donalds, complete with trash at the entrance and in desperate need of a paint job. I make my way to the front counter and wait. Three workers walked right past me without giving me as much as a nod, much less saying we'll be right with you. One woman stood right in front of me and handed ketchup to the people behind me and never once acknowledged my existence. I was beginning to think I was invisible today. Finally, the one girl that actually appeared to be working took my order of 2 items and I got out of the way. The guy behind me orders with his daughter. A minute later, they get their order while I'm still waiting for my McNuggets and fries. I thought that was odd because it appeared that we had similar orders, but I didn't press the issue. Finally, my order comes with a bag of fries that's half full. At this point, I just wanted to cut my loses and leave, but this girl neglected to put my barbeque sauce in the bag for my nuggets. I asked another girl behind the counter to hand me some sauce. Her words were "we don't have any barbecue sauce." as if they never had it, knowing that I always get barbeque sauce at Mc Donalds. I was confused so I asked, "do you mean you're out of it?" She responded, "we just don't have it." She seemed incapable of saying we're out of it. I cut my loses and took the ranch dressing, but as I was leaving, I noticed this girl talking about me with the next customers, making fun of me basically in my face. The ghetto experiences at this location aren't limited to the inside. Be sure to go through the drive thru for the ultimate experience in ghetto life. You can expect to wait on average about 7 minutes for each car at the window. This is why the line often goes around the building into the street. While waiting, you can expect to be approached multiple times in your vehicle by homeless people looking for money. It reminded me of being on the U.S. - Mexico Border in Tiajuana, trying to get back in the country. If good customer services, a safe environment, and a complete meal mean anything at all to you, you will stay as far away from this location as possible. It is clear to me that they do their recruiting right on the steps of the county jail and offer absolutely no customer service training to their employees. If horrible customer service and ghetto experiences excite you, you will find this McDonalds ideal.

Well me and my fiancée ordered some hamburgers and she checked hers burger and it didn't have any lettuce on it plus I ordered the mint ice cream which was suppose to have cookies in it but when we askrd about it the lady gave me a cup of cookies. Now my thing is this if I have to make my own shake then why do I have to pay for it. I don't think I'll eat at McDonald's again they ruined it for me.

This McDonald’s is a total roll of the dice for whose food order you’ll get in the drive thru, assuming they take your order at all. One recent evening I entered the drive thru line, waited 15 minutes to get to the speaker - and then another five full minutes at the speaker while anyone who may have been inside ignored me. I left without dinner. I realized the cars in front of me had similarly waited and just left. Today I got the wrong lunch entirely. I think I’ll drive a little further away from now on and pretend this store doesn’t exist.
