The chicken at this location is alright. The fries are weren't crispy, chicken is somewhat and the attitudes are out of this world. I decided to try the food here on February 18, 2022 and the cashier in the orange sweater/hoodie had the worst attitude when my mom asked him to repeat her total. The worst customer service at this location. They WILL NEVER GET MY HARD EARNED COINS EVER AGAIN. Even the people living in east jersey are nicer than these people!!

Customer service horrible. Young lady is rude with bad attitude.For the first time in my life (50) I got some stail white meat chicken from this location. I pass up a many Williams chicken locations just to come to that location because it has always had the best chicken in the past out of all of the location. I guess it's time to switch up.

Williams chicken always have nice people taking your order on the window sometimes they even help you,if you short they put it from them pockets compared to others this one wins !no wonder they stay busy! The only bad thing is not able to dine in

I didn't like this place at all . First the lady that took my order kept rushing me and telling me how to place my order. Secondly the gravy was like water...don't get me wrong I have went here and not had such an experience. Maybe they were just having a bad day.

It says 24/7 but during COVID, I’m never too sure. My boyfriend and I pulled through at 4 in the morning and Jessie Johnson was a phenomenal employee. Had a rough night and his positivity perked us up!! Food was decent but the service was awesome :)
