This is THE WORST JACK IN THE BOX . I love eating the food but this particular one is so poorly managed . I would like to contact franchise owner because nobody ever wants to actually work here and they always have an excuse why they can’t serve you. Just left from here NOW and the lady said they are closed . When I passed by the window she seemed to be texting on her phone and chuckling . Last I checked they are opened 24 hours . Oh also they only accept cash some days and other days they haven’t received the new shipment of food. Don’t come here if your hungry ! Go somewhere where they will actually serve you.

Absolutely they worse place I have been. Placed a mobile order for pick up. When I arrived they weren’t answering they drive through or phone. Sat at the drive through for ten minutes saying hello and calling the store. Never received my food and never got a refund. I have tried to file a complaint online three different times to no response. So don’t offer that as a solution I would love to meet in person and get a refund because I never received my food was charge. Your staff was hiding in the back not doing their job.

Had 3 different situations with this location. First time they weren't serving anything fried (fries tacos etc.) Fine. 2nd and 3rd time no one would answer the drive thru. Is that normal for this location or is it not a 24 hour one like it says?

(Sour-Dough) It was descent, but sloppy. Drowned in ketchup and I had to give the order back because the curly fries were cold. That seems to make the workers upset; well stop thinking everyone will accept fries that has sat under a light for heat.👎

Had an uber order and restaurant is 24/7 and no one was in the restaurant so missed out on my delivery. Would never recommend this location ever. Stay away. I lost out on a very large uber eats order the damage is already done and cant recoup the money. Late nights people should avoid this location.

I call no one answer .. I order 4 tacos 2 to old the burger was great the small tacos delicious . Please can somebody answer the phone next time please

I went there to dine in on a Sunday and the lobby is closed but their lobby hours say 10pm. All they want to do is drive thru.

I stopped for a while... About 2 years, gave them a second chance a week ago. And nope... Nice remodeled Jack but the service is still bad. Not sure what the deal is. It seems I'm asking or begging for free food. The food is below good. Reheated chicken, fries soaked in oil. The only great 5 star is the coke!!!! I totally understand that North Oak Cliff used to be little México back in the days... But now the area is changing and now they're doing it to the "whites"????? Come on nowww
