I wish I could leave 0 stars. The manager at this location is young and immature for her position. She handles customer situations very poorly. I asked for a refund and she refused to give it to me after having me on hold for over 10 minutes while I was trying to cancel. I have worked in customer service my whole life and have never been this rude to customers. If you work attending customers then you should have the patience and understanding for that position. I was not rude at all because I was not raised that way. All I did was asked for a refund kindly. While on hold all I could hear is her complain about how she was ready to go home when all she could have done was cancel and refund an order. Worst customer service ever.

Eating chicken wings, I didn't also expect to drink the excess oil it came in. And for "cooked to order" my wins were barely lukewarm. But everything was correct and the french fries made up for being steaming fresh. Maybe I'll give them a second chance

***IF YOU ARE A RACIST, THEN THIS STORE IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!** Tell all your friends. EVERYONE ELSE. My experience was today between 11-1130 am. I SUPPORT all persons that are in the food service business. What an individual makes in salary does not equate to them as an individual needed to be treated with dignity and respect. With that said I was not treated with in a manner of respect. I DID NOT ACCEPT THE FOOD. I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK. I DON'T SUPPORT RACIST PEOPLE OR BUSINESS. THEY DESERVE 0 STARS.

Ordered delivery thru website. Doordash order cancelled. Called DoorDash. Couldn't get another Dasher and asked ME to pick up my own order. DoorDash couldn't refund "bc it was done on wingstop website". Called Wingstop store -- store mgr couldn't refund bc he didn't know how to do that thru DD. Told me to call back next day and speak with GM.
Both DD and Wingstop tell me it's the OTHER one's responsibility to refund me. Meanwhile I have 10 hungry employees that didn't get lunch bc a dasher decided to cancel my order after picking it up. Everyone knows how to charge my card but nobody knows where the hell the money went or how to get it back to me. What the hell? I'm a restaurant operator myself and I want to sympathize but everyone keeps passing the buck... This is a terrible experience all bc a driver decided to 'cancel' my large order and keep it for themselves.... Who's going to stand up and take responsibility here?!

My husband waited a long time just to get cold boneless wings and cold and oily fries. Worst service ever. The one on northwest highway is so much better.

So disorganized multiple people there in line got the wrong order including my own. Bad customer service. Not returning to this location if they can't handle a regular Tuesday night

Love the 60¢ wings on Mondays. It is always faster to use the web to place orders to go. I love that they keep trying different wings every so often to find new favorites. Place is always clean.
