Pizza Hut

I ordered a cheese and veggie lovers pizzas. They don’t taste like anything I have ordered from Pizza Hut before. My kids flat out refused to take a second bite. I called to express my concern and the gentleman was nonchalant and obtuse stating that when they fixed the pizza it tasted like pizza. $32.00 to the drain

I ordered $25 worth of food. When I shielded up to pickup my order, I asked how much it would be to add an additional large pan supreme. I was quoted $23. I looked quickly in the app and found two large pizzas for that price. When I asked about a coupon, I was told there is a $12.99 coupon but I would need to have that coupon. When asked if I wanted to order that, I explained I wasn’t going to spend that for one pizza. The employee was unwilling to budge. He suggested that I look for coupons in the mail. I explained I couldn’t think of the last time that I had seen actual coupon s for Pizza Hut. Basically, he'd rather lose an order that you’d still profit on at $12.99 than provide some sort of discount. I’d my kids weren’t hungry, I would have asked for a refund on my already placed order.

I will never eat at this location again. It had been going downhill for a while - but we had an experience several months ago that was so bad, we hadn't ordered again since. But, as this one is much much closer to our house - we thought we'd try it again and see if things had improved any. It is just as bad. The staff /management are awful - and need lessons in customer service and retention. And lastly, they just simply cannot cook a pizza - its raw every time.

Don’t offer curbside if you’re going to make customers come in regardless. I sat and watched the two employees goofing around with a Christmas tree and finally went in (didn’t want to get my kids out of their car seats) and my pizza was the ONLY one sitting there. Then it’s COLD to boot. Terrible food and service.
