I purchased a bed set from here and it came broken. They said that the middle support piece was broken in half and would order me a new one. Once they arrived most of it was broken within the bed. Delivery drivers said they would come back to fix it and never did. My bed is literally on the floor! I have called them numerous of times to get them to come back out and fix it and they keep giving me the run around. At this point, do not waste your time here with them because once they bring you the furniture any type of way they do not care to come and fix their damage nor will they reimburse you! I’m on the verge or suing them because the way my bed set came it shouldn’t have looked that way. It’s all glamours when you are in stores to buy but once they give it to you it’s no longer their problem. You’ve been warned to not come here to get your furniture.

Unique piece furniture is awesome! We love the pieces that we have purchased here. They have the BEST customer service and really great quality furniture! We have purchased our dining set and sectional here and are very pleased with them! Delivery was seamless! The delivery times were very fast and our sales rep was super friendly. This is the only place we’ll be buying furniture from now on! Highly recommend.

The staff were very friendly but not pushy or overbearing. We bought a furniture set that was in stock and we were able to pick it up same day without any hiccups. The set looks great and was much more inexpensive than it would have been at any other retailer. Would highly recommend this place if you’re in the market for awesome furniture and even better customer service.

This was our 2nd furniture purchase from unique pieces. The first was approximately 8 years ago. we were moving and wanted a new living room set. We found what we were interested in and it was also on sale at a great price. We found a defect in a couch cushion after getting everything home and also found that the recliner and ottoman were not as purchased. The manager gave us a new cushion from a couch in the store and quickly made arrangements to fix the mix up on the other pieces. Although there were some problems they were resolved immediately. Great folks and very dedicated to seeing the customer is happy.

I have been eyeing a new bedroom set that has not even been out on display at any stores. Once I was ready, Joshua helped me with my purchase today all through text. He answered all my questions and sent me several links to look for the very best. He made my purchase tremendously smooth! I’d definitely shop here again. Thank you so much!!

I visited the store a few times before actually buying the couch, it was a big purchase so I wanted to shop around and do my homework before I actually bought one. They were friendly and helpful, during every visit, always providing outstanding customer service.
