Domino's Pizza

This store gets no stars.... Extremely unprofessional and rude. Got proof of the interaction with the caller who did not give his name, then the driver text 2 mins after I called too ask why I haven't heard anything or received any text; until after I walked away from my phone and got a miss call and a text then got blocked after I called back and left a voicemail message about the professionalism. Horrible people take and delivering orders. The person Hispanic male I spoke with the first time told me while we only have 1 driver and the pt order 3 item's the driver forgot 1 item. Then He apologized... 6 mins later received the call and text ... Got blocked... Domino's did not want too pick up the phone. He tried canceling the order the first time I told him that the pt at the VA Hospital didn't not want the order cancelled. My understanding He had done it already and Had the driver or himself called from another phone and the blocked me. Pt is very upset and He will put in a complaint. This is way I pick up my orders and I don't order from this company.

Ordered twice online and everytime im missing something. My husband called got put on hold for 15 min and hung up on several time. Then proceed to tell us that we needed to go pick up what i was missing because they only had one person delivering orders or if i wanted a refund to take all my food back. Ofc went to pick up my pizza and still waited 15 min and was not even done how i asked for it! First time the manager at least apologize and gave us a free dessert this time the girl was rude and supposedly she was the manager. Dissapointed!
