I don't eat here much as I did when I was leaving a bar/club and they would stay open late. Which of course made it very convenient but since I don't that much anymore I don't eat there as much especially since they stop serving the only burger I really cared for. That I put stars like that because when I didn't hear a lot the prices were good and they were convenient and a lot of people I know you're still eat there. So I know they still are about the same as before & they have really nice workers!

We went in to get a quick dinner for our family. We had 2 different orders. After taking the first order had to wait to order second order until after the first order was already delivered. The first order took 10-15 minutes, so by the time the second order was ready we were ready to leave. I always thought fast food was much quicker then over 30 minutes for 2 orders. Definitely not going to be visiting again the Jack in the Box in Dallas, NC again!!!!!

This is literally how the teriyaki bowl came! Manager swore she saw veggies when she bagged it…. Looks like someone ate it and threw it in a Togo box to take home! Disgusting

Took at least 30 minutes to place order. Another couple left dining room and went to drive thru to get order quicker. Cashier had the audacity to ask me if I was ready to place my order. When I FINALLY got my food, the rest of the group I was with were already done. Burger was okay, stuffed jalapenos were overcooked.

Stupidest people i've ever seen. First the ice cream machine is broken, that's fine. But then I didn't get my drink. Is that broke too? Secondly they've messed up my order twice with no refunds. They're so dense they didn't even know what to do when I pointed out a bug on their floor. You couldn't pay me to go back there

Store was very nice, kept clean, friendly staff. I would advise against going inside around lunch time, seemed very busy, but most places are these days. Will visit again, probably drive-thru though.

I ordered a bacon and egg on a bun, a coffee with cream and sugar.At the light just before 85 I realized "no cream for the coffee".I only wish that was my only complaint, now on the interstate one bite and I realized the bottom half of the bun was hard like a bun they found behind the microwave last week.I don't see how the cook could have put the sandwich together without noticing the condition of the very hard bread. I'll never go back.

Good was over cooked and dry but somehow the buns was soggy and gross. Fries had an obvious freezer burn with old unchanged oil flavor. Staff was okish but seriously hating there job
