Muffin Break

Friendly service, decent coffee and food. It's outside of the Foodcourt which gives it an advantage as it's in a quieter spot outside of big W. The coffee was hot, they even have smiley faces on the bottom of the coffee cups looking up as you drink. It's hard not to get a little happy when you see that. Also their rewards system will get you every fifth coffee free plus a coffee and muffin on your birthday.

Service is slow and variety of products is poor! We went there late morning specifically for the Duffin - "giggle, giggle, there's none, everyone keeps asking for them!" Doh, well, why not stock what people want? We finally received our order - the vanilla slice was disgusting (hubby left 3/4 of it) and we weren't given paper napkins with our food. Queue again, no customers ahead of me, but no, we are too busy talking behind the counter. We help ourselves to the napkins, when we finally found them, only to be given the stare of death. We won't be back!
