Dome Darwin Airport

There floors are absalutely filthy They look like they have never been swept nor mopped We had a used cotton bud left from someone else under our table legs with a whole heap of dust which could of easily been moved by pulling the table out Makes me feel queezy Surely with the expensive prices you are charging for food and drinks, you can spend a few minutes each day and clean your floors. Really not that difficult. Will not be coming back

Ordered a snack to dine in and sat down to an uncleaned table with plates still left there from the previous customer. 30mins later a waitress picked up the old plates and also took my table number from the table. Didnt bother wiping the crumbs from the table. 10mins later I had to get up and ask why my meal still hasnt shown in over 40mins, only to be brought out my meal which was now cold! They microwaved it and reserved it to me. Dissapointing when paying good money for food!

Coffee came out running first. It taste great. I ordered the Club Sandwich. I waited for 30 mins. Typically, in other outlet the service is faster. I guess it due to influx of orders in a small window. The sandwich is nice. The chips is tasty and crispy. A good place to chill while waiting for my delayed flight.

After waiting 20 minutes (because they forgot) I got the worlds nastiest banana smoothie that was a lot more mango and ice than banana (didn’t know it had mango in!) .. totally overpriced ($9) and wouldn’t be here if there were other options, in saying that the replacement was made by a young Chinese chick who was super helpful and made a great ( full banana) replacement. She was the only reason that Dome didn’t get 1 star!
