Nando's Casuarina

food is delicious BUT staff had trouble getting the order right. The music is too loud that you can't hear each other and we had to point at the menu cos staff couldn't hear us and we couldn't hear them much. Asked us what extras we wanted, we got cold sweet potato fries we didn't order and had to follow up on the spicy rice. we also got told we'd get corn with our order but we didn't get it. Also got the spice level of the chicken wrong. Waiting time is bearable. they should turn their music down.

Worst experience. The packaging was upside down . Chicken was dry. Spicy rice served with no sauce . No cheese in cheesy mini pita. And no basting on chicken. Ordered leg piece and they sent breast piece. When i called them they said we don’t have sauce and it was not mentioned in the docket about the leg piece. No apologies at all. I worked 1 year in nandos and i know what is its policy and taste. Had to throw all food .

The Saturday arvo team seem like they're struggling from a big Friday night out. Popped in around 230 to grab some chips after a movie. 2 people, 1 serve of chips. There was a table of people already eating, and a table waiting on their order. We ordered our chips, sat down and just sat there for 20 minutes. The guy who took our order sat down at the table next to us with his own plate of food and watched a video on his phone. I went up to the counter and asked how long our order would be and a very confused teen went "wait, we didn't give you those yet?" From where I was standing I could see the entire kitchen, three staff standing there, zero chicken on the grill, nothing in the fryer. I asked if we could get them to go since they hadn't even started them yet and 10 minutes later a guy dropped our bag of chips on the table without a word. We'd paid for aioli but none in the bag. Overall laughable staff and service, won't be back

When we ordered we ask for a Table water. I asked if i can just grab it and staff said they will bring it on the table. Food arrived still no water, after having half of the food we asked for the table water again. The lady and staff were talking and using their phone while laughing. We asked for a table water and the lady said okay we’ll bring it to your table. We finished everything .Still no water and they were still talking and laughing. There were literally not more than 10 guest at that time.

Horrible service. Avoid this place if you are out for dinner. We went out on a Thursday night ordered at 7:30pm. Girl at the counter did not tell us there was a 30-40 minute wait on food until we paid with our card. We did not complain and waited. They gave us only our chips and a buger at around 8:30pm an hour later, then spicy rice shortly after then our chicken finally came out at 8:45pm. Food was ok but Burger came out cold. They said they would remake it. They served it again and it was still cold.

One of three Nando's in the NT. This is by far the cleanest, most spacious, and friendliest Nando's in this part of Australia. The service is fast and fresh, and they will cook the food as you like it. Their new menu and specials are really good, as there seems to be a greater emphasis on healthier options. If you're a regular, sign up to their peri perks club, free meal on your birthday and a generous points system year round.

The food is amazing but there is not a single responsible staff at all. We requested our table to be to be wiped twice but ignored both of the time. The service cutlery and plates are all dirty 😒. During covid they should be more cautious. Just a feedback to managers to be aware of situations as I know its really hard to find reliable staffs at the moment.
