Cousin Vinny's Pizza

Don’t ever buy a full order of wings. $20 for 8 wings that “equal up to a pound” but the chicken is very low quality and have the kfc chicken filler breading to make the wing bigger but really is just the breading. Place is horrible and how did I order a Pepsi and a dr. Pepper online and get a Pepsi in one cup in pink lemonade in the other?

I am no longer ordering from here again. I placed an order around 1am and was quoted 50mins. Fast forward to around 1:30 and the tracker said my pizza was delivered but it obviously wasn't. I give it a little more time and I call the store to see what happened. The man who answered the phone had an attitude and told me it would be there in a few minutes. I waited until about 2:30am and NOTHING! They never showed up, never called or anything.

The owner is the problem. Worked for this store four years ago. I quit after two days. My background involves working as a General Manager for Papa John's for over a decade. Came on as a driver. Owner shorted me twenty plus dollars both nights and would not let me watch him cash me out at the end of the shift. Which is unexcusable. Night three I quit. Dropped off my shirts and to no surprise I never received a pay check for the hourly pay for the two days I worked there. Commented on the stores Facebook page and was blocked. Avoid

Food taste horrible it's so unreal. The place was dirty and so was the employees attitudes. I had to call several times b4 someone didn't hang up on me. Service here was insanely slow. I wasn't happy with my purchase still had the food, and they said they don't issue refunds if it's cash, offerd a store credit. "Like I would ever come back". finally after like 10 minutes on the phone I just came in to talk to the manager in person then I got my refund. Such a lame and embarrassing place for cousin Vinny's. Thanks for wasting my time patt.

White male with bald head and beard provided some of the worst customer service i have ever seen. When delivering to a business and asked via loudspeaker who he is and who he is delivering to he had a temper tantrum and didnt want to provide the information. When you have a large number of people in the business it is impossible to find out who the food is going to. Poor attitude and very impolite!

Guy that answered the phone was very rude . I am a first time customer and asked about specials , was told their whole menu was based off special just to tell him what I was looking for .. delivery guy banged on the door so hard I thought he was knock a whole in it ..got the pizza , it was bad .. breadsticks were just baked pizza dough with some Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top , they were bad as well .. no flavor to anything at all .. won’t be ordering from here ever again
