Dairy Queen (treat)

Visited this location on 3/14, and was greeted by an extremely weird voice on the intercom. Someone was clearly just trying to be funny, but it didn’t bother me. The problem was when they messed up two of my three items, including putting chocolate syrup all over our pup cup. I noticed before giving it to my dog luckily. Goofing around is fine if you can execute and they couldn’t.

Dining room never open, drive thru line backed up onto Brandt Pike, and staff is visibly chatting and do not seem to have any coordination in tasks (noted from sitting in line for 6 minutes with visibility into front windows). Order was correct so that gets them an automatic 2 stars but l still feel like there are much better managed and run Dairy Queens out there. Update 2 weeks later: I completed the survey that Dairy Queen corporate requested below and got an email thanking me for my time. Based on passing the store on my way to UDF yesterday evening, the problems I noted at this location appear to be ongoing.

Complete BS that no onside service except for friends of people that work here. Just open up the inside and quit picking and choosing who you let inside. Big sign on door indicates you may enter for cakes only. Watched 1 group of young girls be let in and served along with an angry single lady after the group of girls. Ridiculous. Waiting patiently in the drive thru but if I was entitled and impatient I would be served immediately

Typical Dairy Queen offerings here. Decent location however the restaurant was a bit messy. The customer service could definitely use some improvement here as the counter staff seemed to be more interested in conversing with each other than taking the customers orders. Regardless, the vanilla ice cream dipped in chocolate is a reliable choice.
