Wing Zone

I’ve been going to wing zone on a weekly basis for almost a year. Their wings are the best in the area, and they never skimp on sauce! Tonight I had an issue with my order being delivered really late and by the time I got the food, it was cold. BUT not to worry, they made up for it! They promptly remade and delivered my order without charge. As a customer, this is the kind of service you want. Thanks Wing Zone!

I've been ordering from them since another "better-known" wing restaurant became increasingly incompetent. Since then I've not looked back. Wing Zone has always delivered, both literally and in its quality. The fact that they're even open late is an added bonus. I've tried almost everything on their menu and it's all been excellent! They've certainly got a longtime customer with me.

Ordered the 16 PC boneless pack which is $20 so not really a cheap meal but is filling for 2 people or to have leftovers for later. Quality of the food wasn't good. My boneless wings were swimming in sauce and had an unpleasant aftertaste. Like the sauce was old and had kind of a metallic aftertaste. The potato wedges had been sitting for a while to where they had a weird chewy and unpleasant outer layer. They didn't provide us with any celery or carrots like other locations I've enjoyed. Not any utensils or ketchup for that matter was provided so we had nothing to eat with. This visit to this location was a a big flop and won't be going back. I rather wait to go to Lexington KY when passing through and visit their location which has much better management and good quality food.

So I ordered from here yesterday and the tame wings I got were soapy.... called it in, they apologized and sent us replacements asap which was very nice! ....But they were still soapy. Dunno if like the bowl they tossed them in had a been properly cleaned of soap or what, but it was a few of us who all tasted and confirmed it tasted soapy/bad. The other flavored wings we got was perfectly fine though!

First I’ll say that my family would sometimes order food from here a couple times a month. Loved their wings. Well now I will take my business elsewhere…. Order their deal for 20 wings, wedges and dessert plus I ordered a side salad….ordered drums for 10 of the 20… didn’t get that right ordered and paid for extra sauce on side …didn’t get that right and they forgot my salad…. Called the store right away and was told they were closed and the person on phone said he was janitor…. Well that wasn’t correct because I have went and picked up wings and he was the one that checked me out, I recognized the voice…. He told me that I would have to call back and speak to the manager. So I was ripped off for the cost of my salad and side of sauce. Like I said I will never order from this restaurant again. Thank you wing zone you are saving this family of 5 a lot of money. Was also hung up on when tried to speak to the store owner/managers son that answered this call and lied about being a janitor. Really if he was janitor he should have never answered the phone and should never be rude and hang up on customers. He lost you money….

Ordered a 50 original party pack with wedges carrots and celery and the dressing and man o man, the food was incredible, it tasted fresh, it was crispy just like how I asked. The service is on top. I was missing an item and a young man remade it for me and made sure my item(s) are correct. All my friends and families are in love wingzone! Recommend this to anyone who loves delicious wings!
