the store was busy and my order took a while to pick up from the drive thru. After getting my order ready I went home. When I arrived I saw that the order came partially wrong. I called the store and the manager Alec answered me. he asked to go back to the store and look for him. he was very helpful and polite. congratulations to him (Alec) and to those involved with this franchise, you have a great manager!

This restaurant is absolute garbage. Did a pre-order and couldn't get it brought to me, so I went through the drive thru. They told me to pull forward and wait. They then brought my food out to another customer and let them go through and touch all of my food. They then tried to give the food to me after other people touched it. I went inside and told them I wasn't going to eat food they let other people touch and said I wanted it remade. I then had to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes and they brought out the exact same food from previously, didn't remake anything and gave me my food cold and tainted. If you value your health then I advise strongly you avoid this location at all costs. I also called corporate and filed a complaint and ownership refuses to respond to complaints and does not care how they treat their customers.

At First I Said No But Then I Said Yes I'm A Little Short 4 2 Sandwich's She Said It Was Ok another Lady Asked For The Recipient The Other Lady Said That She'd Took Care Of It Before I Left The Other Lady Gave Me A Bag And Said Eat This Later It Had A Big Mac And Apple Pie GOD Bless Those Worker's For Being So Nice To Me There Are Still Kind People In GOD'S World !!!

I have come to this location regularly for doordahs and for myself. When I have come for myself very early morning to get breakfast, even if it’s busy there doesn’t seem to be many issues. When I’ve come EVERYTIME for doordash or during the day or night they repetitively mess up simple orders. The workers have no communication skills with each other. They will blabber about things in front of you and just make themselves overly confused. I have work in several establishments that I’ve used doordash So I know firsthand how it works on both ends. I would never get the order from door Dash had the store not excepted it. So they are taking orders and activity not filling them until you get there and wait 10+ meets for anyone to even greet you. To make all this they are NEVER BUSY when this happens. Yesterday there was one person in the drive through before us and one table of 3 people eating in the dinning room. A total of 3 cars came through the drive through while I waited over 15 minutes with little communication as to why and watched 6 employees walking around and efficiently. Today I waited over 5 minutes , not a single person greeted me even though I was close to the dasher pickup counter, making eye contact and 4 different employees came to the counter just to move some thing around on it ( A bag full of ketchup packets and napkins) and didn’t ask what I was waiting on, say hello - nothing. Where are the managers? Why are they not training their employees? Is everyone here new? I’ve reported this location to doordash and will no longer be coming here. It’s only gotten worse over the two years I’ve been a regular. Please get some help lmao
