Tim Hortons

Ordered caramel Macha, got home it it was pure creamer. There was no coffee in it at all. Took back they argued that that drink has creamer in it. I told her yes I new that but there was no coffee. My son even checked it. He said it's not coffee. She wasn't to happy. But I told her I've got it there before there was coffee in it.

I was in the drive through today between 8:09-8-15 on 2/9/22 When I pulled to the window, the lady bagging orders said “they’re pulling out their money, they’re never ready” I repeated what she said and asked if she had said that, which she replied yes. I then told her she was rude. She replied by laughing and saying “I know” I didn’t have time to get my money out. I went straight to the window when I was done ordering. Regardless, it was extremely rude.

Worst service I’ve ever had. Pulled in from a 4.5 hr drive. Girl ask to take our order. Then shut the screen off in the middle of ordering and said I’m sorry we close in 5 minutes we would have to make coffee if you want it. We said ok. 15 seconds later she hands us two cups of black coffee when we ordered 4x4 and 4x2 coffees. The girls were super rude! Closing time is closing time! Not 5 minutes before so you can leave at closing time.

Tim's used to be my preferred coffee/breakfast place. Not anymore, it's definitely gone down hill. Today I placed an order for delivery on their app. Not sure if it's my local store, door dash, the Tim Hortons company in general. I ordered breakfast for 4 people, around $35 worth, not including delivery fee, service fee, and tip. 1 plain coffee and a single timbit was delivered (neither of those things were even in the order). When I messaged the dasher, their response was "they seemed really confused at the restaurant and that is what they gave me. You'll have to contact them." This is not the first time they have totally screwed up an online order, but I was trying to give them another chance because I do like the food. Never again.
