Taco Bell

Only 2 people working here. They were telling people going thur the drive thru to come inside. It took too long to get my meal. This is really bad. Thy said people called in sick.Toco bell should hire more dependable people. Also this is second time this happened. Same s_ _ t last week. Do not come here unless you want to99 wait an hour for your order.

If I knew it had such bad reviews and service I wouldn't have gone. We ordered a plain cheese quesadilla with only cheese. When we got our food I opened the quesadilla to find the jalapeño sauce. (Im a picky eater so I'm used to having to get my orders fixed. I'm never upset about it and if anything I feel bad going back and having them make my food again.) We nicely went back and asked for a plain one. The cashier then began to argue with us because plain only cheese apparently doesn't mean with no jalapeño sauce and was very rude about making another. She basically blamed us for our order being wrong. Then I'm pretty sure she talked bad about us to her coworker as we were leaving. Horrible service!

I have eatting at taco bell in the mall almost everyday and never had a problem until yesterday july , 24 , 2016, me and several of my friends had notice that it was 3 workers there but only two was working , the line had gotting very long and one of the workers was trying her hardest to get the food out and in the middle of her help her co-worker with taking a order , the rude new worker come for the back on her phone trying to yell instead of helping and then after just stood there the whole time on her phone. I will never eat there again as long as she working there...

Stopped in for food yesterday, around 1: 00 pm April, 23, 2016, there were cars in drive -thru, but I wanted to eat in, Went to side door, but I was locked, tried front door it also was locked, came around again to side door, and met a employee coming out, I asked him what was going on, he said they had to shut down inside eating area, because not enough employees were there, they only had enough for drive thru. Very upset!!

Saw guy make food, then with the same gloves ring someone up and go back to making food. Coming from a food background this is unacceptable. They need to practice ServSafe sanitation and develop the staff a little more. Touching your face and then making food with the same gloves isn’t acceptable either. I’m visiting from NC and was very disgusted so I went somewhere else.
