I have always loved this place. I always get the same things. I brought a friend here for the first time. I was telling her how good it was. What a disappointment it was. The fried mushrooms were still frozen inside. I hope her fish sandwich was cook on the inside. I called about it when I got home 30 minutes away. The person I talk to told me to bring them back. They will cook them some more. I told him I was already home. He didn't try to do anything else to make it right. Doubt I will go back.

I love the customer service here! I wish I caught his name at the counter today but when he's working, he always brightens my day. The kitchen staff is wonderful too. And the food quality matches the service quality!

One of my favorite stops for lunch. They will fill you up and the food is always excellent, especially the fries. I do wish they would be more attentive to special requests.

Attention traveling foodies: when rolling along I-70, stop here to eat. I know it's a bold statement, but Super Subby's is to submarine sandwiches as Pat's is to Philly Cheese steaks, or as Shipley's is to donuts!! I even prefer their shroom & cheese loaded chili to Skyline (also Ohio-based), which is arguably the best nationwide unless you're talking to a Texan. Though I'm rarely in these parts, if I am, I never skip this exit during business hours. Multiple locations. Amazing food.

I love this place. Been going for over 35 years. Taste the same as first time. Please stay open. Better yet, open one in Greenville.

My grandkids and daughter went to the movies I was going to treat them really wanted to go sit inside said because of short staff no Lobby seating had a nice time under the umbrella tables with our takeout kids eat free deal was worth it

No help inside couldn't go in . Drive thru only . Messed our order up. They was not busy. Should have got the order right. Sad .
